By accessing or using the WaitScout mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all users, regardless of age.
WaitScout grants you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the App for any commercial purposes, redistribute its contents, or attempt to reverse engineer any part of the software.
WaitScout may offer premium features via a subscription model. All subscriptions and recurring billing are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store. WaitScout does not have access to your credit card information or payment details. To manage, cancel, or change your subscription, you must do so directly through your iOS device settings under the "Subscriptions" section.
WaitScout is an unofficial companion app and provides data regarding wait times and weather conditions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of this information. Data is provided "as-is" and may be delayed or incorrect due to external factors.
IMPORTANT: Do not rely on WaitScout for any safety-critical decisions, medical emergencies, or emergency response. Always follow the instructions of park staff and official signage at Walt Disney World or any other venue.
If you upload content to the App (such as photos), you represent that you own all rights to such content. You agree not to post any content that is offensive, illegal, infringing on third-party rights, or otherwise in violation of these terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaitScout and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or our business operations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date of the last revision at the bottom of this page.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
